Calling again but GV sent to Spam blocked anyways

I don't answer out of the area calls 9.5/10 they are spammers/solicitors.  I usually dump them to voicemail, get on the internet and then find out they are exactly what I thought, and then I block the number.  Until they call from a new number and then I repeat the same steps.  GET A LIFE PEOPLE
