Rec'd a call from this number, recording says they've been authorized by my credit card company to contact me and talk to me about lowering my interest rate to "as low" as 1.9%. Also says they sent me something in the mail. Told me to press one for and agent, or 9 to remove myself from the list. I just hung up.
So glad I found this site! This morning I got a call on my cell phone from this number which is coming up on my phone display as being from Renton, WA. I have been being harassed by a payday loan company in Daytona Beach for the last 6 months (since I visited the city - not the loan company) and now, today I get this call. Since I really do have perfect credit and have never been in a payday loan place even, and really never get sales calls on my cell phone, I can only think someone at 368-233-9765 is selling phone numbers to other scammers. Also I've always kept my number non listed. Just a guess but wow, wouldn't you think people would have something else to do than bother folks randomly?
