In the last week I have had 5 calls from this number. I answered the last two times. The caller ID says "New Co" but they are 'trying to find houses in your area interested in receiving a free GE Security system. Would you put a sign in your yard in exchange for a security system?"
The first time I told the guy flat out 'NO, take me off your list". Today I got angry with him, I believe it was the same guy, and he said 'my job is only to see if you are interested in this product". I told him "You called me last week, the answer is still NO!!! TAKE ME OFF YOUR LIST!!!"
One other thing, I called the number, and got a recording. I entered "1" to be removed from their list but it may take up to 72 hours. With other numbers calling me, I have tried this and I never got removed from the list. I reported this all to DoNotCall.
I am wondering why I am seeing 406, and 503 area codes??? I have family in both area codes so sometimes I accidentally pick up.
