Got a call from this number saying they were the "Automated Do Not Call Registry".
Said to enter your 10 digit phone number and press pound.
Don't know what that was all about, but it didn't sound like it was on the up and up.
I received call from this number this morning. Didn't bother to pick it up since it's not in my contact number. No msg left and I am glad I didn't pickup the call. Scam!
I never answer a number I don't recognize. After they call, I google the number. If I discover it is a telemarketer (or pjisher), I save the number to my contacts and label them as Telemarketer1, telemarketer 2, etc. That way, the next time they call, I know immediately that is a bogus call and I don't have to spend time looking it up.
