Who called from 4253908138

I reject any calls from numbers I don't recognize.  If they know me they would call on my land line and caller ID would show their name.  I report ALL unwanted calls to do not call.

number will not STOP calling my phone. Caller ID says STR Research. I refuse to answer. never leaves a message - last time was Sat night at 11 PM !!!

I want these calls to stop.

Is there anyway to have these people stop calling my phone number

I answered; the guy started talking.  I couldn't understand him, he apologized, said we must have a bad connection and said goodbye. ??????? What is the matter with these people?
