Got called today by this number and they left a message saying they were calling concerning my "credit card account" and to call back to get a lower interest rate.  But they never said WHO they were or which account of mine they were referring to.  I'm not calling back a company I don't know to talk about a credit account they didnt specify.  They said it was my last notice.
