I got the same message.  With so many "winners" I'm sure it's fake.

its a scam, they just wasted my .25 fr a text

got a text from the same number that said "Your entry last month has WON! Goto http://www.target.com.bbcp.biz/?claimid=212 and enter your Winning Code: "****" to claim your Free $1,000 Target Giftcard!"

liiiiies. first best buy, then target? & I never filled anything out last month. silly scammers, welcome to the world of google. :)
