I didn't answer. No message. I called the number back on a different landline, "call cannot be completed as dialed"

Said he's from Green Energy Group and that's when I hung up.

No message left  they are wasting their time and mine  here do not answer unless know whos calling...............................................Why can't we get a number toi block them without paying  another bill  ?
