Omg, that's so weird. I just got a call from this number right now..n searched it n you're posting 'who is it?' hahahah..I don't know.

I just missed a call from this number also.  I looked up the area code and it's Washington.  I figured it was someone in congress calling to yell at me lol.

hmm, so it must be something reguarding the new credit card laws that are taking into effect today.  either legit, or a scam, who knows.
