This number calls constantly and never leaves a message. I finally called back from a different number just to see who it is. A foreign sounding person answered saying "Thanks for calling back, this is (didn't catch her name) with the college program". Well, I have never signed up for any college programs having completed college over a decade ago. Sounds like some kind of scam to me.
