Who called from 4255871011

Just got the one on my iPhone
iPhone says it's from Kirkland, WA at 11:32AM (CST)

They just called here in Stratford Ontario.  I pressed 1 to be connected to a live operator and when I asked to be taken off their call list the young woman said "No way" ! I asked her again and she said "nope, not taking you off our list".  What is up with that??

Called my government cell phone.  No one was there when I answered.

Called here in Perth, Ontario - left no message.  Tried calling back - always busy.  Googled the number and landed here!

I didn't answer but I've been getting alot of calls like this lately.
