Who called from 4256063136

GOT A MESSAGE FROM THIS NUMBER IS IT A SCAM???? TELLING ME THAT THEY DEBIT MY ACCOUNT...

Just received a text:

"(CaseID: LWHERUP3) You got 1 mobile alert from BOA, please call (425)606-3136"

It was a text received from [email protected].

Sounds fishy to me, considering I don't use BOA (Bank of America, I'm assuming), and of course, the strange address of origin.

You're right to be suspicious.  BOA is not going to use some obscure address at a .net.  Block 'em and send them nothing.  You might want to forward the message to BOA's fraud department.  The address is:  [email protected]

Call your bank or credit card company using the number listed on the card itself.  Never respond to suspicious texts, emails or calls.

I received a message from [email protected] that read:

(SessionID: KX70IEYO) You got an BOA mobile alert, call +1 425-606-3136

Obviously I won't be calling them, but the company should know.
