Called my cell; didn't answer, but an Indian accented man left a message saying "hello" like he thought I had picked up. Definitely could hear call center sounds in the background. Also called after 9 pm at night.
Received call with no message at 8:00PM April 27 2017. I did not answer. I will not answer a number that I do not
know, especially when they do not leave a message.
