I keep getting this call and i never been there in my life, and the calls are getting ridiculously annoying, i wish they would STOP calling me they have the wronge number i have the same number for 4 years.
This is also appears to be the default line for outgoing patient calls. I got a call from this number and it turns out it was my dad leaving a voicemail - he'd just had surgery that day.
it is the caller ID shown for calls from Swedish hospital calls from 425-640 prefix. If you visit the emergency room or hospital or any of its out centers. You may get a call from them wanting a satisfaction survey. If the Survey, they will never leave a message. Best thing to do is call the hospital and have them remove your phone number from the computer. Do not call this number back and get the operator, They just hang up on you. Call Swedish Administration 425-640-4220, ask for a supervisor, and they can remove. Records can't remove. If they will not help ask for the patient advocator. (they will call you back and explain to remove your number) Number one rule, do not ever give Swedish your phone number or you will be plagued with hangup calls from them. If you want them to give lab results ask for that number and call later for the results.
This number shows up on our business caller id as Swedish Med Ctr. Have had missed calls several days in a row to both our properties. Finally called when I could answer and claimed they had a person in the ER who was concerned because....then stated calling around to see to see if they are a customer? Person was very polite and made you believe her but One we don't give out information on clients and Two no patient is in the ER for Days on end. Believe someone is using this phone to get information they aren't entitled to. I would call this a SCAM
