These people call over and over again with their automated message. I have recieved at least 20 calls from these people within the last month.
I recieved one today so I pushed 1 to speak to someone. The guy said he would tell me a way to ge my business all kinds of money. He then proceded to ask all kinds of questions which I objected to. I asked him to explain what he had to offer even though I knew it was bs. I asked him what his name was and then got a response about him F---ing my mother. He finished off with a slew of obsenitys and then hung up.
What an obvious scam this is. These stinkers need to be arrested and put in prison for a long time, including their employess who know they are involved in a scam and are complicit, therefore must be held liable as well.!

Go Public selects a law firm and accounting firm to perform the necessary legal and accounting services to prepare the client company’s registration statement. Go Public pays these fees on behalf of the client company. The registration statement will register the new stock issued in the IPO, as well as Go Public’s stock.
The client company files the registration statement with the SEC and the applicable state securities agencies. Go Public pays the fees for submitting these registrations.
