apparently debt collector or debt reduction service...i couldnt understand the caller well enough to determine which

i got a call from this number and i have told these people that they have a wrong number but they dont care, im annoyed by this stupidity. does anyone know how to get these people off my back, they are not even looking for me.

I just got a call but they didn't say anything on the message. Sounded almost like a pocket dial? LOL
