I never answer any #'s I don't know & sometimes google the #, this one 425 648-9909 has a lot of ppl who left comments, surprised they're still up and harassing ppl? I hit block # on almost all numbers after googling them, but they change the numbers almost daily to bypass these nice cell phone options!!! I wonder how they stay in business though, because who really answers their call?
I answered because I was expecting a call from that area code - recording said I was preselected for something and tried to offer me $100. I hung up before I heard the whole message.
