My husband and I just received our first phone call yesterday after they contacted my mother's house phone to get ahold of us. Her name was Ashley Davis, and she said they same exact things as stated before.
My husband paid that debt off 10 years ago. My concern is that she had his Social Security Number, has that happened yet to anyone? I was afraid they were scammers but when she said his SSN, it really confused me.
Not sure how to find out if this is a legit effect to collect money that is owed or not (even though we didn't think we owed anything!), any suggestions? We are more then willing to pay off our debts but this company seems to sketchy for me to want to deal with them.
I will call the Snohomish County Sheriff's office tomorrow as I see that many people have recommended that.
Terri/Tiffany/Jolene or what she is calling herself this week is calling from this "new" number saying she is from a "negotiation" company trying to collect on past debts.
She has called me from (360)863-3749 as "Terri", from (425)673-6390 as "Tiffany" and now (425) 670-8405 again as Tiffany.
She trying to get me to mail her money for a debt that was paid. No professionalism at all as you might expect a debt collection company to have in regards to the legal laws they have to follow.

You should consider calling your Local Police departments NON Emergency # and report the name of the person that called you and State that Randell Goins is the business owner. You should also then contact the sherriff in Snohomish county Washington and let that department know what is going on.
