I also received a phone call from a Noel who left me a generic voice mail as she didn't specify reason for her call. If I continue to be harassed by this Noel I will most certainly be reserving my legal right to pass along to them a cease & assist a order.
Agency called trying to get me to pay a bill. Never even tried to verify that I was the right person who owed the bill. Got hateful when I refused to pay without verification.
