I actually answered the call. I said, "hello." Then a delay response from a man saying, "hello; is someone there? I replied hello again. Then he asked the same question. I said hello about 3 or 4 times. Then he said he's with the Foundation of first responders and fire. I took a paused and later hung up the phone.
Overall, the calls signal is clear or good. Then I realized that the man tried to make me say, "yes" when he said; "hello, is someone there?
I heard from a radio station about a scam that a person would call you and ask whether you could hear them. If you answered yes, your voice got recorded and they would use your voice to open up credit card account.
