Spam caller based out of Kirkland, Washington.
Uses VOIP to "hide" who or what they really are.
Won't leave message

Overseas call center. Called about computer and problems that I might have.

Caller threaten to shut down my computer if I didn't pay the license fee for Windows 10....   East Indian accent.  I told him to go ahead.

If you hear a shitskin accent tell them they are a Bhen choade ( sister [***]) it
Pisses them off and they usually hang up on you

Receiving several calls a day. This number often prefaced with V416121100, then the recognizable phone number. Our machine is always on and this caller has never left
a message.
