He says he's Matt Hill. When I called him back I got voicemail, he wants an account number but I can't find a listing for him or his business???

This number is also listed as "unpublished" in Everett Washington.
He's calling my cell phone ... which is NOT listed anywhere, and is on the do not call registery.

this guy keeps callin me too but i dnt answer but its starting to annoy me

The call is from Century Credit. They are a bottom feeder company that buys credit card companies debt that has already been charged off, and they make a second run at trying to collect it.

Nuisance call; do not owe anyone like this!
