Received a voicemail for me on my husband's cell phone. "Darryl" left message to call him. Sorry Darryl but without a decent message I won't be calling you back.
Darryl is harassing me too. He is a bill collector who will not let up. I have received numerous calls from him or an associate since March who are trying to collect on a debt with Wells Fargo Financial Acceptance Florida Inc that was discharged through bankruptcy back in 11/2005. He was told this and that it is a matter of public record and he should contact the US Bankruptcy Court should he need more information. I guess Wells Fargo is hurting for money so badly they have authorized him to harass even when they know the debt has been cleared as the court sent out letters to all creditors that all debts were discharged.
This man has been calling me non-stop over a car loan I co-signed for my nephew. I am 78 years old and had a recent stroke. I told him this and asked him to quit calling me (sometimes 10 times a day!) I am about ready to file harassment charges on him. He needs to stop!
