These callers don't let up. Does Toyota pays these people on commision when calls are answered? They use different area code phone numbers, Toyota Lexus OH513-984-7108, Toyota Financial Services 877-241-8107,Toyota WA425-748-5934.
I paid for my car payment on 8/17, and again on 9/22 (payments for me are due and the 27th) the money was debited out of my account (everything was fine on my online statement). Then on 9/23 I was told there was insufficient funds in my account (there wasn’t I could have paid like 5 months of car payments) and then the collections agency called on 9/24 asking me for over $550 (when my Sept. payment isn’t even due until 9/27).
Basically I spent 4 hours at the bank and Toyota, went through 15 customer service people, faxed my personal bank account and other information into who knows where and it still isn’t fixed at the moment. T.M.C.C. sucks
calling regarding account. (9 days past due date--go figure). Advise to all: since they are facing serious potential law suits due to their runaway vehicles, they are coming after current account holders hard and fast. so, get out if you can. Ford is great.
