White pages says it Altar Construction Co in WA but when I answered the call on my cell phone, I got a recorded message of something like, 'thanks for choosing Kayak; you are eligible for' blah blah blah .. something like a free trip in a 4-star hotel. Someone has spoofed this number. It's another scam. don't answer.
