Foreign accent (west African?).  Not someone we knew, and did not volunteer calling organization.  Hung up on caller before wasting any more time.

caller ignored the no solicitation message. I did not pick up. no message left.  called number back; got a recording that "this is not a working number."

Noisy background, accented voice.  Called at 7:15 a.m. on a national holiday.  Used my first name and said they were calling from "Magic wish fulfillment center".  A good reason to hang up . . .

called asking medical questions... Scammer!
