This is a company owed by a Randall Goins (look him up) the company since 2009 has been scamming people they purchase old debit that is like 7 or more years old and then attempt to collect on the debt. The even attempt to tell you that they have a legal department and if you dont pay they are going to garnish your wages and file a judgment against you and when you ask for the case number they dont have it or its not valid.
This company has gone by several names the first name was GreenTree then Reliant then FMR then IMR and each time when he is discovered he closes one and reopens under another name but its the same group of con artist. If you see this area code just dont answer and disregard they are rude and as far as Im concerned the lowest form of human beings. This Randall Goins he lives high off the hog and dont pay the employees there are other complaints check out phone number of 855-248-4369 the attempted to tell me that they bought the company of IMR from Randall Goins and they are located in Las Vegas NV but the area code they called from is 425 and that is in washington and this is the same area code as all other companies they have called from.
You can contact the Snohomish WA Sherrif Dpt at 425-388-3393 and they will take a report they are aware of this man and his group of bandit and will file a complaint on your behalf Im in Texas and I have filed with my attorny general off and they are also looking and investigating into this as well.
I have received repeated calls from this number. I don't answer, but I do listen to the voicemails. This rude woman is asking for a person that I have never heard of. I am a male, she is seeking a woman. I have called this number back, either no answer or a piercing noise like a fax machine. This is some kind of scam....BE CAREFUL and DO NOT fall for their [***]!

I missed a call on my AT&T cellular and the message says "Hello I'm Dean on behave of Iam Inc "I've been instructed to make contact and forward formal notice of intent in the manor name and person or property of Fred ..... Either Mr. Fred ..... or his representing counsel are strong advised to make immediate contact with my office at 425-877-1454 refer to case # IL .......... when call in" then he hung up.
Well I'm smarter than the average bear and not as stupid as these people so I looked up the number and company and can clearly see it is a scam. I called back the number and it went to an answering system saying Amy Miller so I hung up.

Victoria from this debt collector at 425-388-3393 called and didn't know it was me told me to have JWilliams call asap as they are getting ready to file a civil matter immediately and for me to call as soon as the message was delivered. I've been layed off for a year and a half, in my 60's and due to another dishonest debt collector Named Joe Baca of Alternative Recovery Systems has garnished my husbands wages to the tune of we will not have money for our rent, utilities etc. He agreed to payment took money over the phone then this happened. I called him and he basically let me know I'm a worthless piece of crap. He kept our payments and the amount he's receiving does not reduce the payment amounts.
These harassing debt collectors are forcing law abiding citizens to have to file bankruptcy. By the way his number is 303--953-6277.
