Calls every 3 hrs. Does not identify who they are

They called every 4 hours 4 times today.

Some company doing "research". Told them not interested and not to call again and the guy started arguing with me, telling me he wasn't selling anything. I asked him are you deaf, I said not interested, and if you call this number again you'll be reported. Guy still would not shut up. If this number calls you and you're on the do not call list, report them.

Received call at 11:51 AM Pacific Time - No sound and they hung up after about 10 seconds.

This number has called 4 times now starting at 534pm ,6 pm,634pm ,7pm ,734pm  answer and then hang up  caller ID says it's now a Redmond number
