I have received over 100 calls from these people in a 3 month radias. They first guy is someone with a very strong accent, possibly indian descent. He claims that his name is Kenny Anderson from the Law Office of Henry Brown. They claim that you have taken a loan from some online source and that you owe whatever amount of money. In my case, they said that I applied online for a loan (which I have but only one did I actually complete) and that I owe $300.00. That a summons and complaint was filed by the loan company. They have information about you but limited information but too much. They know the last four of your SSN, the year of your birth, phone number, address (supposedly) and they claim they have all the documents you signed and proof that the funds were deposited into your bank account. I tried to speak with the so called attorney by the name of Henry Brown who has a strong English accent. They are calling me for the 3rd time as I write this.
I spoke to them yesterday and explained that I have not had a loan and I had documentation to prove that NO funds were deposited into my account. They went on to say there were hidden fees. Their liars, scam artists! I told them that I had an attorney and he said he was one and would be sending me a paper and would see me in court. I said fine because I have too much evidence against them. So their so called recording got the fact that I know nothing about it and they are a scam. So the situation should be going to court, yet I still get calls this morning! hmmmm.......Change your numbers if you can or block them! DO NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION WHATSOEVER!!!!
