Call every two days in the afternoon

Called and wanted money for Hillary Clinton.  I said I already gave.  The guy said, "Monkeys like you are going back to the jungle when Hillary gets in to office."  I was shocked.

Called my cell phone more than 10 times every day, it dialed to my phone every hour, I am glad my cell phone can rejected that black list number automatically. But it's still annoying to see these numbers calls.

Please tell me legal recourse re blocking these obnoxious calls.

Constantly calls, will not leave me alone!
