I received a text message from this number, but do not want to pay the $0.25 to open and find out why. This site did not help much, but it is free and let me know the number is from Washington.  Besides, if it is legitimate, they will get hold of me by more legitimate methods.  I don't know who this is and I do not want to pay even a penny for spam.
