Who called from 4259038050

received a text from this number stating i should go online and add the person to yahoo messenger. i posted the weird text on my facebook and as it turns out my friends got texts from the same number, the person did not identify themselves and insisted that we add them to yahoo messenger to see who it is. We have had several scams in our town pulled on people via electronic device, the perp in these scams calls claims a loved one was in an auto accident claims that they are holding the loved one hostage unless you wire the caller money. BEWARE this number may be part of that same scam group attempting to worm information out of you.

I just got the same text lol but luckily for me checked online and found out about it, so I decided to mess with them, and sent the like a million text just to piss them off... Not sure if its an automated system so they may have not recieved my text but whatever... It was fun.... IF YOU GET THE SAME TEXT MESS WITH THEM IT'S FUN

I just got the same text using my first name an they haven't heard from me in awhile. Then I said I didn't know who it was an they told me to add their screen name on yahoo also. Crazy freaked me out because that area code is from Washington an I thought I knew something weird is up because I don't know anyone from Washington. UNBELIEVABLE WHAT THIS WORLD IS COMING TO. I did receive a email a long time ago from a dr I knew an it was the same thing about holding the person random for money etc.

I just received a text from this number "hey Maria u there?? Havent  heard from you in a while."

I have no idea who this is or how they have my first name.

Good day I live near Fort Lauderdale FL just rec. this same txt message...did not sit rite and followed my instinct here i am LOL did not add the person to anything just wished the mystery number a good day....if it does not feel rite it aint rite.....thank you for all the posts it was helpful....Namaste
