I got a few calls from Peter Obrian from 425-908-7173 about formal notice of intent. Teh account he is claiming I owe, I never had. I contacted the Attorney General and I was told they had several complaints and the number is associated with IAM Inc from Bothel, WA area. I was told not ot give any personal inforamtion and tell him if he alls again that I ahve contacted the Attorney General. SCAM ARTIST!!!!!!

I too have been receiving calls from Peter O'Brian from 425-908-7173 about formal notice of intent. My dad mistakenly picked up my phone and ended up talking with him and found out it was about an account that never existed. Do not understand why he is contacting and threatening family aboutll filing a notice on something that never existed. If he calls again, I will contact the Atty General.
I don't know the man's name that called from 425-908-7173 but he wanted to speak to my wife which he confirmed by giving me her maiden name. I told him she was not here and asked if i could leave her a message. He said he would rather talk to her. I asked him what this pretains to. He mentioned something about a notice of intent. I told him again that i was her husband and to tell me what this was all about. He refused and then had the nerve to give him her social security number. I took a deep breath, counted to 10 in a hurry, and told him this conversation has ended! and hung up.
