Got a call from Steve Johnson from I.A.M., Inc. He is not very intelligent, like most debt collectors. He asked that myself or my counsel contact him and threatened legal action. He is not a lawyer and didn't answer several questions required by the FDCPA. I will be filing a claim in local court against him. I had my lawyer called him and recorded it, along with some guy named Peter. It was fun listening to these guys backpedal. He caught them in several lies. Shocking, right? Debt collectors lying... These guys are slime.
