Who called from 4259519844

received a call on my cell saying it was from "United States" - no message

I Didn't answer.

CAlled my cell phone. I rejected it, as always. I found comments on Mr. Number that it is a "Lower Interest" scam robo-call. Figures.

Called a few hours ago but left no message so that means BLOCKED FOREVER

Called my cell on the same day I got three other random calls.  None of them left any message.   Usually that means  some company is trying to get a hold of me to tell me that I'm going to jail for not paying my taxes or they can lower my credit card interest or I have won a cruise or some other lame BS.   Seriously, these people need to get more creative.
