Received two calls in a row from this bozo- after the 1st call he said that he would call back even though I told him NOT to. This seems to be a spoofed number (had a woman's name listed with it). Bozo caller, obviously was handling lots of calls at once, as there was a time delay from the time I answered and he spoke. Asked him why he was calling and he said "this is Mike". I said "Mike who". He once again said "this is Mike". WTF He finally said I just sold your neighbor's house (no further identification, no last name, no naming of who he was working for). I hung up on him after telling him what I thought of the call. If this isn't a scam, then it certainly is associated with a sleazy jerk. Weirdly enough, at the exact same time last week, some guy showed up in our driveway claiming to the "the plumber". He wouldn't give his name or the company he was associated with. He drove a van with no logo or name on it. Same thing about not answering the questions I asked. He only left- after I became quite belligerent.
Rec'd two calls from this number. Looks like the perp is trying to find out who's home and who isn't so he can load up his van with your personal belongings. It'd have helped if Kip got his plate number and called it in so law enforcement could make contact with the perp, and end his business of ripping others off.
