The agent made it sound like she was calling from Microsoft. They even use the Redmond area code. All I could get from her was a company name of "MS Windows Tech". When I asked for their address she asked me why I needed it. When I explained that I like to know who I may potentially be doing business with she hung up. I think that the FCC should require callers to send their real number instead of allowing fictitious ones.

Told me she was from Microsoft, saying that one of my computers had something wrong with it and was sending her a message. None of my computers were on, which she then told me that it was. Must be a scam.
Received the call today. Same as Diana. Male foreign voice stating my computer was sending a message that something is wrong with it. I told him my computer was fine, he argued stating that something was wrong and if I turned the computer on, he could show me. He kept insisting I turn my computer on and he could show me. I told him I did not have a computer and the problem was him. He went silent, and the next sound was dial tone. :-)
