Do not answer any questions they ask. Do not turn on your computer, as they will direct you to do. Tell them you are not an idiot. They are trying to hack into your computer and steal your information. If you listen, you will be a victim. Lema is the one who called me and told me that this was Microsoft Support. I am on an iMac, for further proof.
Same as above. I even told them that I knew it was a scam and that I was going to report them. He angrily said that it was NOT A SCAM. Then, I told him it had to be, because I only have macs!!! Then he said goodbye...
