Who called from 4259985074

got a call from this number...called it back and it is a "non working number"

Received call - no message

Gotten two of these in the past two weeks.  I generally don't answer numbers I don't recognize, especially if they don't leave a message.  Both calls left no message.

Called back from a land line and the number is out of service.

I ALMOST want to answer just to see what they have to say, but I suspect that by not answering sooner or later they will give up.

Called my cell phone.  I picked up and said hello but no one answered.

They've called me about once a day for the past week and a half.  Every time I answer they don't say a word.
