Claimed to be a company called Genworth calling with a "customer satisfaction survey". Never heard of them but if I had to answer I'd tell them that companies that bother me with phone surveys do NOT satisfy customers. Quite the opposite, in fact.
Call from this number but left no message. I actually do have a policy with Genworth which I had asked to have cancelled and had just spoken to the company the day before. Glad I did not call this number back if it was a survey; I figured it the company needed to talk to me they would have left a message.
my life insurance is with genworth based in Va and i called them yesteday to update information. this is a customer survey. I called from work and they called that # back. the have called my cell as well. I have them saved in my phone so i figure if it's important, they will leave a message
Genworth is a life insurance company, annuities, long-term care, etc. I just got a call and didn't pick up, but I had called them yesterday with a question on my policy, so it would follow that they may try a survey after that...
