They have called me 9 times this week, and all my family trying to use the same tatics as stated above. Considering I dont have any outstanding debts, and they are asking me for my address and place of employment is a giant red flag. Telling me the last time they called it was the final call I had been served and they were coming to my place of employment that day to serve me and it was my final notice before I forfeit all rights, yet called two days later and said it was my last chance again to call and pay off some debt. I get these types of calls all the time, they use my last name from before I was adopted (or could legally even have a loan let alone debt) Wish I knew how to find the company.
This is apparently some sort of scam, they have been calling me periodically for years. I have finally grown tired of their harrasing call an reported it to the phone company. The phone company has shown me how to do a number trace,and I plan to notify the FCC the next time I get a call from any number like this.
Received the same call as everyone about they are trying to serve me, Funny thing is that they are using my old last name from before I got married. Thankfully I looked up the phone number that they said to call and it is the same thing everyone else is going through.
