If there is no name associated with the Caller ID we do not answer. Several other sites stated that this may be a "spoofed" phone number makoing this call a "crank" call.
Got a call from this number today, when I answered, there was a recorded message, "please hold for the next available agent". I hung up and added the number to my call blocker.
