Friday, 16 Nov '12, 10:50 --> that's what Verizon's caller ID (*69) claims is when I rec'd a call from this number, which I didn't hear nor answer (computer lit up, though, so I checked). I can't think of anyone I know in the stated area of origin (near Lynchburg Va --B_____) .
Was at work when call came in at home at 12:09. I'm in VA but diff area code. I never answer numbers I don't recognize/know, or that have "unknown" (which this one did) or "unavailable" as the name. If it's important, they'll leave a message (which they didn't). My outgoing message even says I will not answer nor return calls from unknown numbers, and I don't!
Call from 4342364020. I don't rcognize the number so I assume it's from from a criminal scam, but I also don't like, my time wasted to look at the ID or the interruption in mhy lif. I am on the DoNotCall list, which apparently doesn't work with criminals, like so many government programs.
Robo Call selling emergency devices to call in case of emergency (think "help I've fallen and can't get up"). I think the recording said Senior Assistance something or other. Press 1 to speak to a representative. Yes it is a scam.
