This guy is going by the name of James Peacock renting out his house in San Diego. He posted on the gosection8.com website for a 3 bedroom 2 bath for $1000 rent and $600 deposit, rent includes utilities and gardener. He sent me fake approval letters and a fake lease. Luckily I haven't sent him any money. To many things made me investigate. But I almost had my section 8 voucher sent to him!!!! What a terrible man this guy is!! He said his job has relocated him to IL, through Cheveron or something and that's why he was out of town! Beware of him, SCAMMER!!!
