Lisa Reward Redemption SCAM
Call back gets "Hi, this is Lisa (or Christy or John) with Reward Redemption...." It's a big SCAM. BBB has a warning for consumers. Read here:
Received a call from 1.434.421.3055 and they left no message. I called back and they said I was selected to received $40 in gas rebates, a $25 visa gift card and $100 gift card that would be accepted by most major stores. I asked how I was able to receive such rewards and the rep said that it was because that I made a purchase from either one of their online, catalog, or in store purchase from on of their customers. I asked what information I would need to give in order to receive my rewards and he said that I would need to only pay the shipping costs of $5.95 on a visa or mastercard. I told him that I was at the office and I wouldn't be able to provide that information at the moment and I would call back later. I then hung up and Googled the phone number and found that others had posted their complaints about this number. THIS IS A SCAM! DO NOT GIVE OUT YOUR INFORMATION!!!
