This number called and left a recorded message on my voicemail claiming to be giving me my final notice from the IRS that they were filing a lawsuit against me and to call back to a number in Washington state ( I live in Indiana).
So many reasons this was clearly some kind of foreign scam. First, last time I checked the IRS is in Washington DC not Washington state. Second, although the voice was an automated woman who spoke with a US accent, the grammar was such that it was clearly scripted by a non English speaker- I could go on but you get the point.
