just called me; said his name was joseph; something about a survey i completed---asked him what survey, and he said something about job opportunities...told him i was not looking for a job. he paused and then said...good bye.

Received unsolicited call from this number on Feb. 25, 2013. No response when I answered until after a slight pause and I heard a ding and female computer voice saying "Good bye", after which I was disconnected from the call.
Call received today 1:28 PM EST, on an iPhone, 434 area code (nominally Charlottesville). No response to saying "hello"; two beeps (circa 200 or 220 Hz), disconnected with no "goodbye".
Just received this call as well. Brief pause after saying Hello and a male voice said 'Hello, how are you? I am following up on your recent survey you took" and then nothing. I hung up.
