Robo calling on credit card interest rate reduction.  They work for the credit card companies etc. etc. etc.  Of course this is bull.  This is a disconnected phone number when you call back - duh - do you think !!  Typlical scam operation but without the infamous Rachel.  They are rotating the last for digits.  Ignore or block any 434 area codes.
