I received a call from this # and called it back and it was a recording from Mercedes Benz stating "thank you, we are in the process of updating our records and this confirms your number is current". Apparently it can identify your number even if its blocked.
Received Calls and they didnt leave a message. I do not own a Mercedes but it could be some third party company that calls for Mercedes, Infiniti, or Lexus. Regardless, I have them blocked now from that number.
