Eastern Executive Property Funding Promised to sell 6 weeks of Wyndham Bonnet Creek to Ford Motor Co.and pay me a Cashers check for $30,716. It was Sandra at 434-549-9311. She never returns my calls.
I received a call from 434-549-9511 Her name was Samantha Belle She never returns my calls. I gave them $1,975 to get 27,465 for selling my weeks. They even sent me a copy of the contract to my email. I am in the process of getting my bank to charge them with fraud.
Is anybody having any luck getting their money back or taking legal action against Eastern Executive? I had the same thing happen and don't know where to start with legal action. We need to put a stop to them!

Was told that Eastern Executive Property Funding had sold 12 weeks of RCI getaway weeks that CCTN had not sold and that I would get the money returned that was sent to CCTN to advertise the weeks for sale. They knew the exact amount for CCTN, They would close out on the weeks at the end of the month. Gave me a date to be at the house to get paperwork and then have a closing meeting on 08/28/2012 with the money depositing on 08/31/2012.
Looked the company up based on name and got an address and phone number. Also found a website eepropertyfunding.com that had "legitimate" information on what they do. Had to pay Documentatary Stamp Tax of 1975.00, and even called them back to check on why it was so much more expensive than the numbers I was seeing for states which had this "tax". She said all but the 120.00 would be held until it closed.
Gave a long confirmation number. Names used were Samantha Walker and David Shapiro. When the documents did not arrive on 08/27/2012, I started calling and got "No one is available from this Magic Jack line".
I got the same run a round with Eastern Executive as JamieJoe604. Getaway weeks . My question is how did they know so much about what type of property I had? I called Holiday Inn Resorts and told them. They are sending it to their fraud department. Got the same names Samatha Walker with the same Magic Jack phone number when I called today after the phone call didn't come in. I feel really stupid now.
